Thinking hard! I'm about to post noms but figured I wanted to let you guys in on my thoughts first.
I honestly didn't go in planning on winning that HOH. I just wanted to make sure a couple of people didn't win it before I would feel safe and Nick had the highest post count so I had to hang in there until I knew I had passed him. I was talking to Brit and she had the same idea but I was already an hour ahead of her. I really wish I had started after her so I could've dropped if she was in the lead. Oh well. So, I can't say I "accidentally" won but it really was not my wish to be the one to have to make some enemies this week. And, I think all the "easy" targets have already left. There's a couple (Angie/Casey) but I don't really want them out yet. Not over my target(s).
You may have guessed my main target is Nick. You would be correct! I thought about putting him up against Angie just so that I had a chance of someone not so strong coming after me if Nick left and Angie stayed. I considered putting Nick up against Caleb just to ensure at least one of them left. They are the two strongest competitors who I do NOT have a deal with, so it only makes sense. Plus, Angie trusts me right now. I don't know if she'll ever win an HOH but it's possible. Why do that to her? I could possibly sell it as a pawn situation and to cover up our alliance but it's still a risk and, if one of my allies put me up and tried to tell me I was a pawn, I would pretend to understand but we would be done. Don't ever risk my life i this game if I'm your ally! That just tells me I'm expendable to you.
Also, Angie and I talked and she told me she's got a grudge against Jason and Caleb for putting her up lol. I can be her hero and not put her on the block. I might tell her I told people I might just to throw them off the track, in case she hears I was considering it.
I did hear from Jason that Caleb approached Britney before the DE and wanted to form something between Caleb, Britney, Nick & Victoria. And today Casey told me about Caleb being with Nick & Victoria. Conveniently, he doesn't tell me until I win HOH. Nice, Casey. To add to that, I saw a PM from Casey asking what "we" should do this week. Funny, when he was HOH, he ignored me for an hour after talking strategy with other people. Casey is not someone I trust and he'll probably have to be my renom if I have one. I hope I don't. Putting up two strong people though, ugh. It's a risk. But, I can't take the risk of either Caleb or Nick pulling the other one down.
