This was my reaction when Jason won HOH last night! I was SO nervous going into that competition and I just had this feeling that one of my two biggest threats/fears in the game (Victoria/Nick) would win and I would go up, and possibly out. Victoria didn't help by this little conversation just prior to the HOH:
Victoria: I was given some information so maybe if I win HoH, I'll be able to see if people talk.
Steve: oh really?
Steve: what was it?
Victoria: People throwing my name trying to pair me up or say I'm in alliances that I'm not part of.
Steve: I haven't heard anything
Victoria: About 2 people told me.
Victoria: So it'll be interesting if someone says anything if I win HOH.

LOL I was racking my brain to try to remember if I'd told anyone (besides Jason) about my absolute fear of a Victoria HOH. And Also, I assumed Victoria/Nick were together. Anyway, I had that in my head throughout the whole HOH and it looked like Victoria was going to finally pull one off. But, NOPE. Thanks to my good pal, Jason, she came in second once again, lol.
So, of course I told Jason I would love to see Nick/Victoria up and he told me he had already promised her he wouldn't nominate her even if she wasn't on his team. And he said he wanted Angie out. LAME DE target, dude! Good thing he changed his mind. I really don't know who exactly he was talking to because all of a sudden he just said he was putting Victoria and Angie up together. And then it became clear, after seeing Victoria's attitude in the chat, that he had to follow through with her eviction if he could.
She was a great competitor in the POV and, comp issues aside, I appreciated her fairness, at least. Jason killed it, though. Good for him. Another sweep for an HOH. So, Victoria left unanimously and I couldn't be happier. Afterward Jason asked if he looks like too much of a threat. Um yeah, dude. You made the biggest move so far in this game! Thanks!
Also, sounds like Victoria was talking about Casey as the shit-stirrer lol. Good to know we were on the same page about her but he didn't tell me until after she left. Casey is someone that I'm on decent terms with but I don't trust him and we rarely really get into game talk. I don't really want to be the one that takes him out and I'd rather see others go before him ... then again, if I win HOH I'm a little screwed because I only have two people I could put up right now who I don't have a deal with: Caleb & Nick. And they're both very strong competitors so that would be risky. I'm not playing this game to stand out and make enemies. Yet. That time will come.
